Terms & Conditions
1. Everyone from 25 to 70 years old are able to be a customer of Camel Car Hire.
2. When you are booking a car through our website, you are booking a specific model, not a category.
3. Payments should be made according to the rates of Camel Car Rentals Ltd. All Prices are in euros incl. VAT
4. Rental price includes
- Delivery to your door in Paphos area,
- Unlimited milage
- T.P.L. (Third Party Liability Insurance)
*Excess amount vary depending on the category of the vehicle.
5. Vehicle should be returned with the same amount of fuel as it had at the beginning of the rental.
6. To be able to extend your rental agreement you must notify Camel Car Hire representative latest 24 hours before agreements end date *(Extensions can be made upon availaility only)
7. In case of early return, the following amount won’t be refunded:
- Price of the last 2 days (in cases when rental agreement is shorter than 7 days)
- Half price of all days left (in cases when rental agreement exceeding 7 days period)
8. The client undertakes to pay any vehicle fines appeared during the rental period.
9. Loss or damage of vehicle key is not covered by any type of insurance or coverage package. Customer undertakes fully compensate the price of vehicle key in such a case.

- Latchi/Polis - 35 euros
- Limassol - 45 euros
- Larnaca or (LC Airport) - 85 euros
- Troodos Mountains - 80 - 105 euros (depending on the exact location)
Fee's:
- Out of working hours delivery fee (Paphos Airport or city) - 25 euros, pick up fee - 40 euros *(working hours 9:00-17:00)
- Out of working hours delivery fee (Larnaca Airport or city) - 50 euros, pick up fee - 80 euros
- Delayed Drop Off fee - 25 euros (If the client delays return of the vehicle or vehicle key for 30 min to 1 hour)
- Late Drop Off fee - *if delay is 1 hour or longer the client will be charged a fee which is equivalent to a single day rental price of the vehicle he was renting.
